A licensed North Carolina real estate broker since 1972, George has dedicated his career to helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate one of life’s most important decisions with confidence.

George White Realty has been a familiar name in Garner, North Carolina since the early 1980s. Over the years, George has successfully owned and operated multiple real estate companies, including EXIT Realty franchises, while remaining committed to serving clients throughout Wake, Johnston, Cumberland, Harnett, and surrounding counties. His extensive background as both a licensed real estate broker and residential real estate appraiser gives his clients a unique advantage, combining market knowledge with a deep understanding of property value.

Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, George grew up in a proud military family that took him to several places around the country before eventually settling in Fayetteville, North Carolina, where he graduated from Pine Forest High School. He later earned his degree from King’s College, beginning a career defined by integrity, service, and lifelong learning.

George proudly served his country in the United States Air Force, achieving the rank of Sergeant and serving during the Vietnam War. The discipline, leadership, and dedication he developed during his military service continue to influence the way he serves his clients and community today.

Long before real estate became his profession, George learned the value of hard work by helping his family with farm chores, including raising tobacco. Those early experiences shaped the strong work ethic and practical approach that clients have come to appreciate throughout his career.

Outside of real estate, George is known for his outgoing personality and genuine love for people. He treasures time with his wonderful family, including his children and grandchildren, and still enjoys reconnecting with lifelong friends from Pine Forest High School at regular class reunions. He is a passionate musician who loves singing with his family band, enjoys playing volleyball, relaxing by the pool, cheering on both college and professional sports, and rarely passes up an opportunity for a deep-sea fishing trip. Around home, one of his favorite companions is Josie, his son’s beloved dog, who never turns down extra attention from George.
