Cynthia “Cindy” Carter is a North Carolina Real Estate Broker with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for helping clients find the perfect fit.

Cindy is a retired Neonatal Respiratory Care Partitioner.  She owned and managed InfaScan Diagnostic Services for over 36 years.  Cindy was also a YMCA fitness instructor for 30 years.  She brings care, focus and energy to every transaction.  Cindy is all about results and making the process feel effortless for the client.
